Solution : 

P=[(4+2)3]/[(4+2)+3]
P=18/9
P=2Ω

Q=4Ω

P/Q = 2/4 = 1/2 

R=[(3+6)18]/[(3+6)+18]
R=[9×18]/27
R=6Ω

X=12Ω

R/X=6/12 = 1/2

Clearly 

The Bridge is balanced. So no current will pass through the 7 Ω resistor.
